MOYER DRIVES DON SHAW'S CAR IN EARLY THAW
22, 2023 --- Billy Moyer,
formerly of Batesville, Arkansas, claimed the 848th victory of his
illustrious career tonight in the fourth round of the Ernie Mincy
Tribute 'Early Thaw' at Central Arizona Raceway! Driving a #21 entry
for car owner Don Shaw, Billy improved to second in his heat race
and later started the 40-lap feature from the outside of the fourth
row. "Mr. Smooth" then drove to the front, took the lead
on a lap 24 restart, and led the rest of the way to secure the $3,000
top prize over a top five that included runner-up Don Shaw, Clayton
Stuckey, Lance Schill, and Josh Zimpel!
January 21, 2023 ---
The third round of the Ernie Mincy Tribute 'Early
Thaw' miniseries was held tonight at Central Arizona Raceway in
Casa Grande, Arizona. Billy Moyer secured a heat race triumph from
the third starting spot and later rolled off from the pole position
in the 35-lap headliner. Billy then raced amongst the leaders throughout
the contest and ultimately landed in the fourth finishing position
behind only $2,500 victor Bricen James, Ricky Weiss, and Cole Schill.
January 20, 2023 ---
Night two of the Ernie Mincy Tribute 'Early Thaw'
miniseries took center stage tonight at Central Arizona Raceway
and a $2,500 top prize was on the line for the Late Models. Billy
Moyer passed four competitors during his heat race to finish second
and later started the 35-lap main event from the outside of the
front row. After leading the first fourteen circuits, "Mr.
Smooth" settled for a strong runner-up performance behind only
race winner Ricky Weiss!
January 19, 2023 ---
Fresh off competing in the 'Wild West Shootout'
miniseries, Dirt Late Model Hall of Famer Billy Moyer piloted a
Don Shaw-owned car tonight at Central Arizona Raceway. The Ernie
Mincy Tribute 'Early Thaw' kicked off tonight at the Casa Grande,
Arizona facility and a $2,000 winner's check was up for grabs for
the Late Models. Billy advanced four spots in his heat race to finish
second and later started the 30-lap feature from the outside of
the front row. At the checkers in the headliner, Billy found himself
on the podium in third behind only victor Ricky Weiss and runner-up

15, 2023 --- The six-race
'Wild West Shootout' miniseries wrapped up in a big way tonight
at Vado Speedway Park, as a whopping $25,000 paycheck was up for
grabs at the Vado, New Mexico facility. Billy Moyer timed in tenth
fastest in Group B during the qualifying session prior to grabbing
the fourth and final transfer spot through his loaded heat race.
After starting the 50-lap headliner from the outside of the eighth
row, Billy was unfortunately an early retiree in the contest and

paid out another $10,000 winner's check tonight at Vado (NM) Speedway
Park. With 48 Super Late Model competitors in attendance, Billy
Moyer qualified fourth fastest in Group B during time trials prior
to running second in heat race action. After starting the 40-lapper
from the outside of the fourth row, Billy unfortunately drew a late
caution flag and was eventually paid for a thirteenth place performance.
January 13, 2023 ---
The fourth round of the 'Wild West Shootout' miniseries
drew 51 Super Late Model competitors to Vado Speedway Park in Vado,
New Mexico, as entrants vied for yet another $10,000 windfall. Billy
Moyer knocked down the fifth fastest time in Group A during the
qualifying session prior to securing an impressive heat race triumph.
After drawing the third starting spot for the 30-lap feature, Billy
unfortunately ran into problems and ultimately wound up nineteenth
in the final rundown.
January 11, 2023 ---
Following a couple of days off in the desert, the
third round of the 'Wild West Shootout' miniseries took place tonight
at Vado Speedway Park in Vado, New Mexico. With 46 entrants in the
pit area, Billy Moyer started his night by laying down the tenth
quickest time in Group A during the qualifying session. After grabbing
the fourth and final transfer spot through his heat race, Billy
was able to move past a couple of cars during the course of the
$10,000 to win main event to cross underneath the checkers in the

and Tim Lance Racing closed out their 2022 season together from
November 10-12 in a trio of XR Super Series events that made up
the annual 'Duel in the Desert' at the Dirt Track at Las Vegas Motor
Speedway in Las Vegas, Nevada. The tripleheader in "Sin City"
started with a pair of $20,000 to win throwdowns. On Thursday night
in the opener, Billy placed second in his loaded heat race prior
to starting and finishing seventh in the 40-lap main event. In a
similar event on Friday evening, Billy ran third in heat race action
before slipping to eleventh in the final rundown of the 40-lapper.
The 'Duel in the Desert' then wrapped up on Saturday

24, 2022 --- The World of
Outlaws Case Construction Late Model Series schedule heated back
up over the October 21-23 weekend with a trio of $10,000 to win
shootouts in the states of Kansas and Missouri. On Friday evening,
the tripleheader kicked off at Humboldt Speedway in Humboldt, Kansas.
Billy Moyer placed fifth in his loaded heat race prior to securing
a victory in his B-Main. After starting the 40-lap feature from
the outside of the ninth row, Billy was unfortunately an early retiree
in the contest and was officially paid for a twenty-second place
Saturday took the #21 team to 81 Speedway in Park
City, Kansas for another $10,000 to win program. Billy posted the
quickest lap in Group B during qualifying, won his heat race, and
later finished an impressive runner-up in the 40-lap headliner behind

BILLY MOYER FOURTH IN
MLRA FINALE AT TRI-CITY!
16, 2022 --- Tim Lance Racing
and driver Billy Moyer made the trek to Tri-City Speedway in Granite
City, Illinois on October 14-15 for the 'MLRA Championship Weekend.'
On Friday night in the $5,000 to win weekend opener, Billy won his
heat race in preliminary action, but trouble in the 30-lap feature
dropped the Dirt Late Model Hall of Famer to a twenty-second place
showing. Things went much smoother on Saturday evening in the weekend
finale, which boasted a $7,000 windfall. Billy laid down the quickest
lap in Group B during qualifying, won his heat race, and later led
the first nine circuits of the 40-lapper before finishing fourth
behind only victor Logan Martin, Brian Shirley, and Rusty Schlenk!

of 'FALS Frenzy' was next on the racing schedule for the Tim Lance
Racing team on October 7-8 at Fairbury Speedway. The MARS Racing
Series sanctioned the doubleheader weekend at the downtown Fairbury,
Illinois oval, which kicked off on Friday night with a $5,000 to
win throwdown. Billy Moyer clicked off the fastest lap in Group
B during qualifying in the opener before running second in his heat
race and tenth in the 40-lap feature event. In Saturday's weekend
finale, which boasted a hefty $15,000 windfall, Billy placed third
in his loaded heat race prior to knocking down a solid ninth place

MOYER'S KNOXVILLE NATIONALS
WEEKEND CUT SHORT
16, 2022 --- Following Fairbury,
Tim Lance Racing and driver Billy Moyer made their way to Knoxville
Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa on Thursday, September 15 for the start
of the 18th Annual 'Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals.' With
a $7,000 top prize up for grabs in the first of two preliminary
programs, Billy stopped the clock eighth quickest in Group B during
the qualifying session and was battling for second in his heat race
when his famed #21 racecar unfortunately went up in smoke. Due to
the mechanical woes under the hood, Billy was not able to advance
into the 25-lap feature and was forced to scratch from the remainder
of the three-day 'Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals' - including

FALS FOR ONE FOR THE ROAD
14, 2022 --- On Tuesday evening,
September 13, the Castrol FloRacing Night in America Series sanctioned
the annual 'One for the Road' at Fairbury Speedway and a $22,022
top prize was on the line at the downtown Fairbury, Illinois oval.
Billy Moyer was one of the 42 competitors that piled into the pit
area at #FALS and he started off the night by laying down the tenth
fastest lap in Group A during qualifying. Billy then ran fifth in
his loaded heat race before securing a victory in his B-Main. After
rolling off from the inside of the ninth row in the 50-lap main
event, Billy was ultimately an early retiree in the contest and

MOYER TRANSFERS INTO
WORLD 100 PRELIM FEATURES
11, 2022 --- The 52nd Annual
'World 100' took center stage in the Dirt Late Model universe from
September 8-10 at the famed Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio. The
three-day extravaganza kicked off with a pair of Twin 25 preliminary
programs - each of which paid $12,000 to the winner. On Thursday
night in the opener, Billy Moyer placed sixth in his heat race,
won his B-Main, and later finished twentieth in his 25-lap feature
event. At the 1/2-mile speedplant on Friday evening, Billy finished
eighth in his heat race, second in his B-Main, and twenty-first
in the 25-lapper.
When Saturday rolled around at the "Big E," a $55,000
paycheck and the famous globe trophy were up for grabs in the 52nd
Annual 'World 100.' Billy, who has won the 'World 100' on six different
occasions, ran eighth in his stacked heat race, but was later swept
up in an early wreck during his B-Main. The Batesville, Arkansas
Hall of Famer was unfortunately unable to transfer into the 100-lap
crown jewel headliner that was ultimately won by Jonathan Davenport.

4, 2022 --- A pair of $10,000
winner's checks were on the line for the Tim Lance Racing team over
the Labor Day holiday weekend with the MARS Racing Series in the
Land of Lincoln. On Friday night, September 2 at Farmer City Raceway
in Farmer City, Illinois, Billy Moyer placed second in his loaded
heat race during preliminary action before driving his #21 machine
to a solid seventh place effort in the 40-lap main event. At Fairbury

150 OPENER AT DAVENPORT!
28, 2022 --- The month of
August for Billy Moyer was capped off in a big way in the 'Quad
Cities 150' at Davenport Speedway in Davenport, Iowa from August
25-27. The World of Outlaws Case Construction Late Model Series
once again sanctioned the three-day extravaganza, which started
with a pair of $10,000 to win preliminary programs. On Thursday
night in the opener, Billy timed in second fastest in Group B during
qualifying, ran second in his heat race, and later advanced to finish
fifth in the 40-lap feature behind only winner Jason Feger, Bobby
Pierce, Tanner English, and Ashton Winger. At the 1/4-mile oval
on Friday evening, Billy finished fourth in his loaded heat race
before winding up twenty-second in the final rundown of the 40-lapper.
The 'Quad Cities 150' then concluded on Saturday and
a huge crowd was on hand in the Hawkeye State to witness the finale,
which boasted a hefty $30,000 windfall. Billy grabbed the third
transfer spot through his loaded heat race, but problems early in
the 70-lap headliner dropped the Hall of Famer to a disappointing

100,' which was once again sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model
Dirt Series. The popular roofless spectacular drew a 48 car field
to BMS and the action kicked off on Friday night with a $5,000 to
win preliminary program. Billy timed in sixth fastest in Group B
during qualifying on Friday before running third in his heat race
and fifteenth in the 30-lap opener. When Saturday rolled around
with a lucrative $50,000 top prize on the line, Billy started fifteenth
on the grid in the 100-lapper, drew a caution on the first circuit,
and eventually retired from the contest in the twenty-fifth finishing
